My phone holder arrived timely and in good condition. I had initial problems with it not charging and opening and closing whenever it felt like it, but the store was very responsive and helped me sorting it out. I didn't realise that you need a high-power charger for it to run properly (which should've been obvious to me). Everything works great now and the phone recharges very fast. Probably the best phone holder I've ever had.
