as usual for blackview , the phone was really well packed, the phone is nice and as described but I have on complaint, the SD card from my old blackview phone cannot be read by the new phone so I cannot retrieve .y pictures.

Delivery is fast, shipping is very long due to pre-order. The store has always been in touch, well done! The phone is heavy, male clearly, all the declared functions are present. Build quality and materials at altitude. Definitely recommend who needs a non-killed, not a descended phone
Works OK
Good looking phone, sturdy, and works well from the start. Took sometime to arrive, but I am guessing that's because of the shipping industry's current difficulties. Although, the phone's screen protector already had a couple of bubbles, which is disappointing.
There was a mess-up with delivery. Luckily, the delivery company was fast and effective to act once I contacted them. Sadly, I can't say the same about the store - they were slow to respond and not really helpful with the issue. In the end, the product was delivered to me, and within the agreed delivery window - so all is well that ends well. The product itself - I can't yet form a final opinion, but seems to be exactly what was advertised. Which is a plus. I'd buy from this seller again myself, just be wary of delivery problems and keep an eye on things!

Приличный телефон за не дорого. Однако допустил эпик фейл - при снятии защитной плёнки с логотипом с экрана отошла и основная защитная плёнка, а запасной в этой модели не было! Пришлось подрезать от BV9500.
