1. We will ship as Ceiling Mounted, traight track, Middle Open in default, If the buyer does not leave a message and does not communicate with the seller, the customized track will be reduced by 2CM-4CM by default, so that the buyer has room to install. Example: 3.5m or less (the specific length of the track is 3.46m)
2. Here this link for finished track with all accessories for ceiling mounted,does not include a motor
3. Pls install slip parts assemble before operating track. Don't install motor to track untill you can operate track smoothly manuall. Or belt may be destroyed.
4. Subject to logistics rules, we will cut the track to a maximum of one meter and send it in sections. Buyers need to install it by themselves. The default logistics is international express delivery DHL, EMS, Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line.
5. If you need U type or L type curtain track, pls also let us know, we can customize.Currently only 90°and 135° U-shapes are supported.
6. Usually ，We will reduce customs declaration fees，track may produce a little customs fee and it is paid by your side. Keep your phone through after you order,very important!
7.If you need Wall Mount, Pls contact us and we will help you confirm the number of wall mounting brackets

направляющие для штор продавец выслал сразу. Шла посылка в течении срока. Принес курьер. Упаковано хорошо.
Продавец всегда на связи, уточняет насчет размеров самого карниза, открывания и прочее. Отвечает на все-все вопросы. Посылку отправили двумя частями (какие-то таможенные ограничения) первая часть с мотором, хабом и кнопкой пришла быстро ( недели две до Москвы), а вот сам карниз ждали около месяца видимо из-за таможни ну и очень долго уже по России ехал почему-то, но тут к продавцу нет вопросов. Единственное, были проблемы при настройке т.к. в приложении нужно ставить страну Китай (это кстати продавец подсказал) и дома обязательно должен быть вай-фай, а у нас ремонт еще в процессе, но удалось все подключить и настроить через йоту. Шторы пока не повесили, но все ездит без них, думаю проблем не возникнет :) спасибо!

A little longer delivery due to covid but it came however! Works like a charm, easy to install and works really great. It is silent and smooth all the way. I ordered 3.6m rail and I could'nt be more satisfied with the delivery. Good customerservice and help. I highly recommend!
Tracks are very accurately packaged and were cut accordingly to requirements with high accurancy. Special thanks for carefully designing and cutting L shape double-track! Everything works very fine.
