SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

We have established partnerships with many logistic companies across multiple countries. For example, free packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there might be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you and, if a payment has already been done it will be returned to the customer in full.

How to qualify for free shipping?

While we do try to establish partnerships with logistic companies all over the world in order to be able to offer free shipping for all our products, there are locations or products that free shipping does not apply for. For example, to make sure that your products will arrive intact and in time, we might need to offer only paid shipping for expensive electronics, such as smartphones or tablets. Destination country is also very important; South Africa’s mail company is notorious for damaging and losing parcels, so we might not be able to deliver at all.

Important: all shipping costs, if any, will be displayed before payment; if the product is not available at all for the client destination, it will be removed from the chart.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. However it is worth to mention that most countries do not charge custom fees for products of lower values, while others do not charge custom feed at all (see WorldBank).

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping time varies by location, with a delivery time usually between 3 and 10 days. As a general rule shipping should not exceed 30 days, regardless of whether it is free delivery or a paid service. These are some estimates:

Location *Estimated Shipping Time [FREE SHIPPING]
United States 3-15 Business days
Canada, Europe 3-15 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 3-16 Business days
Central & South America 3-16 Business days
Asia 3-14 Business days
Africa 3-18 Business days

*This doesn’t include our 1-2 days processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Usually yes, and you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking information. However for low cost orders and small products there might not be a tracking number – this depends on the shipping method and our logistic partner.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you’re sure that the order should have a tracking number and it was placed more than 5 business days ago, you can contact us and we’ll look into it.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons and also to be able to provide you with free shipping service and zero custom duties, items in the same purchase might be sent in separate packages.

Is there a guaranteed delivery time?

Yes, the guaranteed delivery time is 65 days. Regardless of the shipping method/company that you have chosen at checkout, if your product does not arrive within a maximum of 65 days you are entitled to a full refund.
