The product arrived in soft padded packaging. All whole. Works and is configured in a couple of minutes (how much the application is downloaded). The image quality is very tolerable, not a DSLR, but you can see. The carving on the camera is plastic made, which is not very good, as it can be quickly demolished. Instructions in English and Chinese, but it is not a problem to understand. The program unfortunately in Chinese only gives all additional agreements and permission to read, which is not convenient.
