The package was not well protected and the shippers destroyed it during the trip between China and Italy: Unfortunately it should have been a gift for which I had to use another package. However, the product was intact is still well functioning. We hope that in the future, given the obvious bad transport and the blows received by the object, no technical problems will occur. I attach the images of the box that I tried to restore… With little success.
