Instructions: 

(1).Take out the USB plug.

(2).Access to the mobile charging power source.

(3).Press and hold the chest temperature control output switch for 3 seconds.

(4).Long press the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, start to warm up and then adjust to the medium temperature heat when you need to always connect the mobile power.

(5).Manual adjustment to the third gear, warm temperature of 45 degrees Celsius, comfortable gear temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, energy-saving gear temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.

(6).Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, and turn off the light to stop heating.
