firstly I ordered a white 16gb 512gb model just over 2 weeks ago, I did have to wait for over a week for dispatch but prior to the dispatch I was offered a promotion to upgrade to to the 24gb 1tb model for a fee with immediate dispatch of which at first didn't interest me as let's face it it is overkill in terms of the ram but I re-considered and accepted paid the additional price difference fee. later that day it was shipped. shipping process was very quick to the UK it arrived in 5 days and no problems with export and import customs. so around a week and a half from ordering to being at my door yesterday. well packaged and exactly as described it is brand new and opened as requested so seller could unlock and install oxygen os. straight out the box it powered onto the home screen with oxygen os with a software update once WiFi connected. updated perfectly, this seller is 1 that you can trust and I will be back for future purchases. 10/10 it's good to find a honest seller.thank you
