We can pre-installed well the OEM Windows OS for you before shipment, if you order the Mini PC bundle with RAM and SSD, please kindly leave us message which OS you want to install. English version is for free, other languages can be selected amount Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Greek etc, Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install for free are like Linux, XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need, seller is not responsible and make no compensation for OEM system.

For RAM and hard drives, we use well-known brands: samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, critical, liteon, kingfast, phison, longsys, SCY, etc. What brand we use depends on our testing and inventory.

About RAM and hard disk storage space:

The actual available storage space may have some difference from the marked capacity. The reason we can explain is that the software configuration will take up part of the storage space.

Warranty:

1. Before you receives the goods, we go through three strict quality inspections, assembly testing, warehousing quality testing, and factory quality testing.
