Q&A:

Why doesn't it work for my gopro?

• Generally, the default resolution of gopro is 1080P120HZ or 4k60HZ. Please adjust and set the resolution output on gopro.

Why does it only display resolutions up to 1440x1080 instead of 1920x1080?

• Please check whether your computer monitor supports 1920x1080. If your computer does not support 1920x11080, you can only capture 1440x1080 or less video.

Why is there noise in the captured video?

• Before re-recording the video, check and correctly set up the computer's audio.
