the smartlock is beautiful and useful. Althoug the paper model for the roles in the door is incorrect, it was possible to install with some adjusts. The manual is very simple, and some functions (as the camera adjust) is not well explained.
It took a while to arrive, but everything arrived right, and it seems to be quality!

It has a quick user manual, but it doesn't explain the locking functions at all. You have to guess the functions. The photo camera only captures the moment someone rings the doorbell, so if it is used in a building located in a courtyard with a closed gate, it is completely useless. It can be opened from the application only if someone rings the doorbell and you receive a message, otherwise not. This lock just looks good and that's it. Compared to others, its functions are limited and simple. The store delayed the delivery of the product and then delivered it via DHL to arrive faster, but DHL charged me another 35 euros abusively. If it was delivered on time, this does not happen with the normal courier. There were supposed to be 5 key chains in the box, but they were missing. Not a very pleasant experience.
